My Saab 9-5

here i have modded a Saab 9-5 as i did before but then i totally failed lol xD BUT nao it seems to work kinda well ingame :P i only need help with the texturing of the wheels as you can see they are white. The car is textured as TGA and the wheels are in BMP "and i cant change that" i will put this car for download if anyone helps me!

PS: ORIGINAL CAR NOT BY ME I HAVE JUST TUNED IT.
